This was a typical house washing service done for a client in Tell City, Indiana. The home had algae growth on multiple sides of the vinyl, along with the homeowners main concern regarding mud stains along their limestone veneer. Never the less, our soft washing process made for a quick and harmless way of the riddance to the organic algae. As for the mud stains, the limestone veneer is a porous material that caused the mud to nearly soak into the rock. This sort of issue can only be resolved using special restoration chemicals that is applied, agitated onto the surface, and followed up with some pressure rinsing. With our expertise, we were able to eliminate most all the algae and mud with ease. In order to prevent any future issues regarding mud on the limestone veneer again, we suggested the client that they lay some form of landscaping down to avoid any mud exposure.
